Dynamite is my favorite store in the mall and absolutely love their clothes. But, the customer service isn’t on point every time I go in. There is the same girl who works every time I go in.now I am not sure if she is the manager of the store or not. She wears a glasses and kind of tall is all I can describe her. She never greets the customers when they walk in, and kinda of cold vibe all around, and not very friendly which makes customers feel uncomfortable to approach her to even ask questions. I have worked in clothing stores before and every time I see her, i thought, if I own this store, she would be trained the basic skills of customer service.

My daughters and I have shopped at Dynamite (& their sister store Garage) over the years. We have loved the clothes, but frequently been disappointed with the lack of customer service. The lack of value placed on the customer is truly surprising. From completely ignoring customers to rude, entitled interactions, it has made for an uncomfortable shopping experience so we have limited our in store purchases and mainly shop online. Recently, i purchased a dress online and had it shipped to the kelowna store. i was out of town so was unable to pick it up for a few weeks. i called the store week 2 and was assured by Mya that it was still there and to take my time picking it up. i went in the following week for pick up and was told by iris the dress was no longer in their system and they had no explanation. i was advised to call customer service. followup with mya was also useless, she had no idea what happened to the dress but assumed it had been sent back even though it clearly had my name on the package and we had just spoken about it. I called customer service and they have opened an investigation but thus far there has been no resolution. moving forward, i would caution anyone shopping here. We also own a business, i understand excellent staff are hard to find, which is why i have never given a negative review previously. however, i can no longer overlook the lack of professionalism and overall poor customer service. hoping dynamite can improve moving forward, clothes are so fun! please make the shopping experience fun as well!

How do I give zero stars? The customer service was awful. All of the staff was super rude and not helpful to my questions about their clothing items. I asked where a certain item was since I looked at it online and the girl replied with "yeah we have it". The other girl replied with "it's somewhere over there" and just pointed in the general direction of the store. I will be shopping online at dynamite from now on so I don't have to deal with the poor customer service, the rude tone and the nasty looks that I received.

Walked in today with the intention of revamping my fall/winter wardrobe. As I walked in, two girls near the entrance were chatting amongst themselves, and while one made eye contact, no one said hello. Fine. I proceeded into the store, coming across a few different questions about the styles and colours of a few items I knew I wanted to buy. Again, I looked up, saw the two girls that worked there, were chatting to a guy. Fair enough, it might be a customer. Eye contact was again made, and I gestured with my hand that I needed help to one of the girls. She stared back at me, and went right back to listening to the guy and her coworker talk. At this point, I put the clothes back on the rack, and went to walk out, and as I did, I passed by a total of three girls that worked there. One completely oblivious to anyone in the store, aimlessly wandering around. The other two were flirting with a guy, and one of them was the one who had just stared at me as I waved for help....as I passed, I heard a few bits of the conversation, which were not safe for work.... clearly he wasn't a customer, and clearly the store would rather loose a sale than pause a conversation about sex/flirting. I ended up giving my business to Artizia and The Bay. I would rather spend triple on everything I had intended to buy, at a store that greeted me and at least made me feel welcomed, and was semi professional (i.e. not having personal and nsfw convos on the floor in front of customers). I wondered if it was just a dynamite thing, so I went to their sister store, The Garage, only to be welcomed by a song dropping the N-word every other word. As a minority, I was fascinated by the lack of censorship. I don't leave reviews, I am typically pretty understanding. But this blew me away. If you must shop at dynamite, do it online, or wait until you can shop at a different location. Or, take your business where you are valued as a customer. Literally every other store in the mall greeted me, or at least asked me if I needed help after browsing for a few seconds. Don't waste your time or money.

I started having a asthma attack in their store, I lowered my mask in order to use my inhaler because I was weezing, it’s already very embarrassing for me to have to use a inhalor in public, but a employee called me out infront of lots of people to put my mask back over my mouth, even tho I was clearly having a asthma attack and trying to use my inhaler so I could breathe again, she was more concerned with looking cool and shaming me in front of her coworkers over a mask, then she was with me having a bad asthma attackRude doesn’t even begin to describe the way the staff acted

The staff is incredibly rude, I started having a asthma attack, so I lowered my mask so I could use my inhaler, and a staff member yelled at me to put the mask back over my mouth in front of lots of people which was very embarrassing, I was clearly having a asthma attack. it's already humiliating having to use a inhaler in public and it's even worse when a employee picks on me so she can look cool to her friends, I'm very upset

Hands down one of the best service I got! I went in last Monday and I was trying to find some new things I could wear to work and the girls working there were so kind and helpful, it was also near closing time and they never rushed me when they totally could of! They also helped me order some pants online which came in this Friday! Which was so quick and they fit great!Thanks so much for the amazing costumer service!

Stopped in this week to pick up a few basics and was so pleasantly surprised!!!! Awesome selection and the service was exemplary! Store Manager at this location is worth her weight in gold. This girl deserves a promotion!
