“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I went into Driving Force in Kelowna to inquire of about renting a truck to trailer a vehicle back to Kelowna. Tahtjana was simply a wealth of knowledge. She explained the different truck models they had to offer in educated detail. She also went over their “insurance for purchase options” on the vehicle. She explained the MRSP of that vehicle was over $80,000 and to have the adequate insurance to cover it in case of a loss. Subsequently, I had to phone and modify my reservation. Megan was very accommodating and friendly to make the changes required. I would not rent a vehicle anywhere else from now on. A Very amazing experience!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT DEAD!!!”

“Updated...Very nice here and helpful. My review below was form some time ago and my frustrations on some trucks I get as not maintained much. BUT the staff gets kudos always! (:My review in below is from over a year ago and was a solid 5 stars then! Had been for some years now as I rent lots of truck from this location over the years! Tons actually, monthly.Today, Sept 26/20...2 stars today with nice hopes this changes!!I rented a truck like I do a lot at this very central location and about 3 weeks ago and upon arriving there this early am there was no truck in the system somehow.Now I was scrambling big time and after lots of time wasted, a big fail today for our customer! As no other trucks ANYWHERE! (End of month time). Imagine this utter frustration! For me and our customer!The new manager, (will not mention the name to save face), showed me NO compassion, no concern!!Was not impressed by that lack of care and nor my helper too and the thanks I got renting lots there and hard to make this review as I still need trucks and need to book from this location!Maybe my review will show some care back my way and especially when one other truck rental the other month had no working horn and when addressed by a Uhaul review all I got was 10% back to my cc by the manager! No working horn is dangerous and simply ILLEGAL!Hoping for much better service in the future from this location! And much more care! It is what it is, is NOT ALWAYS it is what it is!!Screw ups do happen in life, just show some darn compassion please when that does happen!N, Kelowna, BCMy review from over a year ago...One of the better Uhaul locations in all of the Okanagan and MUCH better than other Uhauls in Kelowna! “My Husband and I were very impressed with the cleanliness of the lockers,surronding areas, the fog and key system were very easy to use. Even in the evening when I needed to take items out of the storage unit on my own, I felt very safe as the entire lot is lit up and the cameras make you feel even more safe. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional, when I booked my storage unit and continued to be when I needed to make inquiries. We will definitely use Storage Bear again. Keep up the Fantastic job!!!”
