“I always shop here and have never had a bad experience! They’re extremely flexible with returns and very helpful. I asked a lady for a shoe box the other day and she was on it right away, dug one up for me in the warehouse and went the extra mile to assemble it, all without my asking. They sell items of many high-end brands for way less than the original prices. I have found and boughten multiple hidden gems here over the years with people always being surprised to find out I found them here and not on some out-of-this-world website or straight from Europe or something. Am looking forward to my next visit!”

“I had to take a min to give a good review. I recently took a trip to Kentucky and let me tell you, the people are so kind and relaxed.. not what I expected. I came back to the reminder of how impatient and rushed people are in BC. I have been putting my wallet away and had people reach over me to start to deal with the cashier " not here". I have been bummped by a cart and rushed in every store I go to... But the last time this young guy with long hair was so kind he talk to me like I am a human and I'm not a product to rush through. I dont know his name, but he must be new.. Thank you!! If others are in a rush that is on them for not planning better... we should be able to say hi, how are you and take our time because for most people this can be their only interaction with others. The human interaction was so much better out there.. they talk to you, and you chat with them as they bag your stuff... you know their name and most times they know you.... they even remembered me and said hi.... Thank you, Homesense, for getting way better in customer care!!!! It's better for the employees and customers.”

“This review is for Heather at Rodd and Gun. My partner and I went in there a couple times to look at coats. She recommended this beautiful jacket and it looked fantastic on him but was a bit out of our price range. Went again today and she was there and REMEMBERED US and informed me they have a 30% off for one day every year and it’s coming up but we’ll be away in Vancouver. She made it work for us so we could get the deal and take the coat home today. I haven’t had a guest experience like this… probably ever. I can’t recommend her enough. Heather if you see this, THANK YOU.”

The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable, and made the effort to help resolve my problem (online order(tires) not ready on time).
When escalated to the manager, he was understanding and made the effort to help me out, even though he didn't have to.
And while I waited, as someone was specially sent to pick my order, the other lady working the desk did an amazing job to resolve a situation with an upset customer. (I have 10+ years experience in customer service management)
I was very happy with my experience and feel very confident in working with the auto department at this location”
“When I entered this superstore I got nostalgic feelings as I used to go on the US. It’s always been great to go to Walmart as it is always a great choice. You will find everything you need at this superstore from grocery, clothes, utensils, and you name it. Always glad seeing Walmart in my area”
