My daughter will be beginning pointe soon and I wanted to size her for shoes. We came to purchase simple canvas ones. After getting these we asked if we could size her. The salesperson asked if I had time- which I said yes. After 30 minutes and no other customers we decided on the right shoes for her. I decided to wait as she hadn’t passed her test yet- at which point I was publicly lambasted for ‘wasting’ her time. She told me she ‘didn’t enjoy this’ and it was ‘not good’. I let her know we would he back in to purchase the point shoes and I could write down the size and fit so that we wouldn’t need to go through this again- none of this was good enough- she was visibly angry- it was a horrible experience and I would say perhaps she is in the wrong field…. Seems an odd way of doing business- I guess I will be buying our point shoes elsewhere. I have purchased all of her dance suits, tights , and shoes with this company in the past years.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful when selecting items based on the activity. We buy everything needed for ballet classes, from ballet flats to tights and leotards. They offer a huge selection, making it easy to find everything we need in one place.

I went in for character shoes and they had multiple options available and wide shoes as well. The saleswoman was very helpful and got every style and size I requested for me to try. She was polite and courteous.

I never leave reviews and honestly this is my first review. I will never go back to this place. I went there to purchase a pair of ballet tights for my daughter. I was in the store for over 20 mins, and NOBODY even acknowledged me. I even grabbed a pair of tights myself and waited at the cashier, but everybody just kept passing me as if I am invisible. It was actually kind of insulting, and in the end I just left without buying anything.I wanted to support local, but from now on I will order my dance wears online.

Had a great experience here, helpful staff good selection of dance footwear especially for ballet. The store itself is small but they have lots of dance wear for all sizes

I've been coming here for three years with my daughter and they've always been very friendly. I've had help getting the right tights and shoes for my daughter and they've been patient with my daughter as well.

In the past they have been great but this year the girl that helped us was not helpful at all in picking out ballet shoes, it was our first time taking ballet so we needed guidance and she was of no help and seemed to know nothing about dance. My daughter's ballet shoes don't fit properly now. Make sure you get a sales clerk who knows something about dance if you go here.
