This place is awful. I went into this store on july 23rd around 4pm there were two associates on shift and both were standing behind the till goofing off. Talking and laughing with each other. Both had their backs towards me and not bothering on helping. One was blonde and the other had black shaved hair. I was looking for new lip jewelry. I was basically ignored. Awful service.

I had a wonderful experience coming in to your store with help from the wonderful Aysha. She has great customer service skills and was very helpful in helping me find the perfect belly button ring. The store has so many little gems and I will be back! Thank you for the great experience Aysha!

I wouldn't go here again but I have no choice.
This place has given me some of the worst experiences in my life. My mother bought something here before Christmas in cash (this is important) and needed to return it. She is from out of town so I told her I would call if they could do return on black Friday (the day she was next free to drive in). They never picked up the phone or return my message. I decide to walk to the store and ask them in person and they said they weren't sure but it would be safest done another day. OK that's fine I know some stores don't do returns on high volume days. That's not where the problem starts.
The problems start when she comes in to do the return to be told they don't do returns only store credit. I have NEVER heard of a store that does that. They also didn't mention that that was the case when I came in previously to ask about said return. My mother is pissed as no one informed her that was the policy when is bought the item. The worker pointed to a small printed sign and told my mother to read it. There was also a sign on the debit machine but lets all remember the fact that my mother used CASH and would have no reason to look at the no returns note on a machine that she didn't need to use.
She has had this gift card now since before Christmas and we finally where able to go today and get a shirt that I have been wanting for a while. There was a dealing going on so I figured I would get some more stuff to use up the gift card more since there is a bit on it. The staff where not very helpful and seemed to be more concerned with moving things than helping with the jewelry I was looking at. I finally have my things picked out and get all ready at the till. I present my card.....
GIFT CARDS HAVE BEEN DOWN ALL MONTH apparently. I am not happy about this, we spent money there months ago and want something to show for it since returns are NOT ALLOWED. I have asked to be called when it is working again as there is money on this card and that we can't get back for grocery or rent so I might as well have a cute shirt and earrings instead of this useless plastic in my wallet.
I wanted to like this store since it has interesting items and good selection of pride related stuff but after situation is resolved I will be returning to this location.

I’ve been coming here for high quality jewelry since I can remember! The staff are always so friendly and helpful and the jewelry never fails to impress me with quality and how long it lasts… I have stuff from here from 10 years ago! :) today I had to come in to get a whole new set of more professional looking jewelry for starting a new job, and the manager Aysha went above and beyond to make sure I had a full set of great looking and high quality studs! I told her I didn’t know the gauge of all of my piercings, and she kindly offered to measure my current hoops and figured out all the gauges for my piercings :) She even gave me her advice/opinion when I asked for it about what styles would look better and where she thought I should put the one with the sparkle, amazing! She also told me that I could come back and exchange anything if it didn’t fit the way I like which is super cool! 10/10 best place to get jewelry for piercings :)
Edit… probably won’t be shopping here again sadly, asked the girl for earrings that wouldn’t fall out as I work with animals, and she told me to get these studs on poles. On the first night of wearing them I made sure everything was very tight before sleeping, but one stud fell apart and a jewel of another fell out. When I called to ask to get it replaced as this was not my fault but a quality issue, they told me they can only replace what I bring into the store. How am I supposed to bring a missing earring? I have the pole and not the stud that attaches which is only missing because your jewelry wasn’t functioning the way it is supposed to. Very disappointing indeed :( keeping two stars because of the great experience when buying them, but I wouldn’t recommend this jewellery for its quality anymore.

I stopped in last week for a new septum ring. I was super happy they had a nice selection, they’re hard to find around Kelowna. The staff spent their time helping me choose (I’m indecisive lol) and I really appreciated it. I’ll definitely be back!

Whenever I go in it’s always a lovely experience, but today I had a fantastic interaction with the bright, bubbly, and beautiful individual working there today. Very helpful customer service, friendly, fun, and inviting, and very kind. Will continue to shop there whenever I can ☺️

Thank you culture craze!! Had a challenging day yesterday due to my nose piercing snapping in half then falling into the toilet bowl :( stressful times! Went to the mall after work to find a new one, it was slim pickings. Went into culture craze & had such an amazing experience! Was helped right away & the time was taken to make sure I had the perfect one:) 10/10 customer service.

The customer service here is terrible. Stood in the store looking for an industrial bar for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. They didn't greet me when I came into the store and they didn't ask if I needed help, the 2 employees just stood there on their phones. Do not recommend shopping here.
