“We had trouble consolidating 2 accounts after being told on the help-line that it couldn't be done, then given instructions in person from another branch on how to do it online at home. (The accounts had been consolidated before then suddenly the option disappeared!)We went to the Orchard Park branch where the teller, Maddie helped us. After about an hour of her working away at it and getting input from another couple of people the job was finally accomplished, just like it was before! Thank you Maddie!!”
