    It is a blessing to meet Charu at this branch, she is super super nice, kind, friendly, and professional. She is always willing to help, and she knows how to do it. Me and my friends have been to some other branches, including the RBC and CIBC, across Kelowna, Charu is the best. Definitely 10 out of 10.

    I have always had a positive experience at the downtown branch.

    Not sure why there are so many aggressive, negative reviews for this place. I've had to go into the branch a few times and it's always been a positive experience.Minimal wait time (if any) and the staff were always cheerful, polite and helpful.
