I'm a culprit for punishment. I was ignored the first, second and third time I went to Cap-It. Today I just walked out after waiting a long time and no one acknowledged me. They lost a good sale! (not that they care obviously). Terrible customer service!

Had a few issues with our roller tonneau cover in under a year, and Cap-It Kelowna ended up replacing the full unit under warranty. Wonderful service and would highly recommend.

Well - I had wheel spacers and a 2” lift installed on my new 2022 Tacoma - felt vibration when stopping in the past month - took my truck in to Toyota yesterday and was found that when they installed my wheel spacers they removed the rear drums and did not reinstall properly resulting in warped drums and a $600 fix at ToyotaI will be visiting the location today to speak to the manager to see if they will make good on compensation. I will update my experienceUpdate : I spoke with the co owner- very helpful explaining what was involved in installation- helped me understand that it was a Toyota issue not from their installation or partsVery good customer service!
