The quality is always sloppy here. Make sure you go over your car and make them clean everything they missed at the end. Could be so much better if the quality control bar was raised.
While I was there another customer came in and said his windows were still dirty after a 100 dollar wash.
Please let me know if this business is for sale.

Had full package clean. Looks fantastic. Manager/owner was very personable and made sure work was complete and that I was pleased.

DO NOT GO HERE! You will be disappointed with the workmanship and the customer service. Look up their reviews for the last 6 months, they all say the same, Shi tt y job for huge $$. My exact experience as well. There are many detailing shops in Kelowna..GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

It was my first time at Bubbles today, I can definitely say the service was really good. I believe what I paid for the wash was a little more expensive than what I would have wanted to but my truck was shiny and they had me on my way within 10 or 15 minutes. The only downside was (it being summer) my truck was covered in bugs, while the truck came out pretty clean there were still bugs on the front and on the windshield. I wasn’t about to unpack my kids to go in and say something but overall a good experience

I don’t understand how an automated car wash advertises as manual, where the result is no better than any other automated car wash, all the while charging multiple times the price. Worst bang for the buck, avoid.

Friendly staff, excellent job on my Honda CR-V inside and out. Waiting area overlooks the line and you can see your car being cleaned. Comfortable waiting area with free open Wi-Fi. Clean washroom. Good experience.
UPDATE JULY 2024
Still a good job on the car, but now the greeter is unpleasantly aggressive when you choose your service. He told me three times that I didn't want the $75 service I came in for, told me my car smelled (it did not), and said (finally) that I could have the service I wanted because he liked my shirt.
I won't be back.

Sloppy. Make sure you carefully check what they did. They apparently don’t bend over and actually look at lower areas on your vehicle . For $300 you’d be better off somewhere else.

What a joke of a place. Manager so rude and argumentative. Terrible place rude - take your truck/car somewhere else.!this company doesn’t deserve your hard earned money . Besides that the breaks and wheels were all grit and dirt under wheel arches and lights were not even clean. I was supposed to get rain ex package but never got it - truck had to be sent in second time .!had to wait another half hour. Still didn’t get it clean . What a joke of a manager . She is so rude to customers.

Located on Springfield with very easy access. My car is my retirement sport car I saved for 8 years. So glad I found Bubbles hand wash and dry. Nice to go back in time when people actually washed a car by hand.
Memberships are super good price.
Do your ride a favor take it to Bubbles.

Just got my car "detailed" today...there sure wasn't any attention to detail. Much like the last guy who reviewed, everything was covered in a white film, my car seats were covered in some sort of dust, didn't look like they vacuumed at all and the windows were still smudged. Many places were missed. I couldn't help but crying tesrs of frustration...when you spend $300 on a detail it's incredibly frustrating when they do this poor of a job. I have to say, the front desk lady was amazing. I could have gone back and had them do it again, but I just don't have the time or energy.

$21 for basic hand wash and dry. Sit in waiting room while they take it through the wash. Quick in and out.
