It was very nice of Brenda to drive out to Keremeos to give us a quote for our park model, even though the price was a little high, we liked what we got. Nelson the installer was very good at installing the blinds and going over the operation of the power aspect of the blinds, charging etc. All in all, we are very happy with the quality and operation of the blinds, we are no longer in a fish bowl, lol.
Would definitely recommend the Blinds plus team.

Our experience with Blinds Plus was flawless from start to finish. Karen, who came to talk to us about the type of blinds we would like, and who took very accurate measurements, was delightful to work with, professional and very informative.
Nelson, who came to install the blinds, was efficient, careful and knowledgeable and was very respectful about cleaning up.
We had a slight problem with one of our blinds and it was dealt with immediately.
We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I bought my blinds through Brenda in Penticton. She was very friendly and came and did a consultation for me. My situation was unusual as my house was needing to be painted and I was unsure of the colors my walls and trim were going to be. Brenda suggested a neutral color that would go with anything. She was very helpful. The company also stored my blinds for me and waited to do my installation until my house was painted which in my opinion went above and beyond. I absolutely love my blinds and color looks fantastic with the colors I chose for my home.

Talk about a warranty! After five years of exposure to UV the plastic blind pulls failed.Dustin not only provided replacements but delivered to my front door.Exceptional.

Upon doing a complete renovation to the upper floor of our house, we realized our old blind package (which we had also purchased from Blinds Plus) no longer fit our current needs. The consultant came to the house and went thru the different options. He had large samples from which to coordinate house colors. Delivery and installation was communicated days in advance and they showed up as communicated. (THIS ALONE GIVES THEM 5 STARS)The service tech also helped me with another blind I was having trouble with...just because he is a freaking nice guy. Thank you Blinds Plus for another great project. My husband loves them!

Can't say enough about Blinds Plus in Kelowna! Went above and beyond the call on a callout on an installation warranty that wasn't even their product and no charge.
