I was literally kicked out of the store because the employee wanted to close for a long weekend. I was there on Monday October 2nd...as far as I know Thanksgivong is on Monday October 9th...so what's the point...avoid this store

Excellent tobacco shop with friendly staff and a great variety of products. Many brands of interesting tobacco from several nations ranging from affordable to exquisite; Cigars, cigarillos, cigarettes, fresh-tended pipe tobacco, dry/liquid vapor products, hookah shisha, and accessories. Always eager to try something new. The only proper tobacco emporium in Kelowna!

The only 19+ tobacco shop in Kelowna. A great selection of Tobacco, Heated Tobacco, Cigars, Vape and more. Worth stopping in and checking out while your downtown on Bernard. Excellent customer service always.

Always a great selection of cigars ranging from new novelties to tried and true classics, a good line up of pipe tobaccos and alternative smoking products, as well as some decent accessories for the lifestyle. Not to mention a fiercely attractive woman handling customer service.

This is a great store with amazing staff. The staff was so helpful and genuine. Really willing to get you what is the best option without thinking of how much money they are making off it. They are amazing and I will definitely be visiting again!

The girlfriend & I have had poor experiences at this place with one of the staff members. Found them to be & unhelpful. Their cigars always fall apart & never seem to light well. They do a have a range of other smoking related items so points for that!
