I’ve had two excellent times at this Ben Moss location. One to buy my fiancé’s engagement ring, and one with my fiancé to buy her wedding band. Both of those times we were helped by Bea, who helped us find the perfect rings we were looking for. When looking for her engagement ring, I went to each store in the mall and was disappointed with the help I received each time. But after going into Ben Moss and finding Bea, she helped me find the exact ring I was looking for. No bias, no upselling, just an eagerness to help me find the desired style and design. I haven’t met anyone as friendly or helpful as her. I highly recommend for anyone looking to go visit her to help you find the perfect ring.

I went in today with my brother to buy a ring. We were served by a woman with red hair. She was super rude to us and even laughed in our faces at multiple points throughout our time there. All we were trying to figure out was if we could order a ring in a smaller size than a 7 (which is what they carried in store). She told us that we had go buy their care plan for approximately $80 so we could resize it. When I asked if we could not just buy the ring in the correct size to begin with, she said we had to pay $100 and resize it if we wanted to get the ring in anything other than a size 7. I then asked for clarification since I was confused that we would have to spend $100 more to get a ring in any other size. She then starting laughing saying there is no way that you can get a ring from any jewlery place in another size without spending that (which I know is not true because we had already looked at 3 other places who all said they could either order it in the correct size or resize it at no additional cost). After we left I checked their website and it is only $50 more to get the ring in the size we wanted. She mostly likely was trying to upsell us to the careplan by being dishonest about the resizing charge. Honestly there is more that happened too which had her laughing at us, but it isn't worth more of my time to write it all out. Ultimately, we loved the ring but didn't buy it purely because of the horrible service by this woman.

I have been dealing with Ben Moss for years Pamela, the manager at Orchard Park Mall location and her staff, Janice and BEA Are all wonderful ladies to deal with! Very knowledgable so patient professional and absolutely awesome service! So happy with my two custom-made rings! thank you ladies I will be back and I absolutely highly refer anyone looking for new jewellery‼️???

Bea was very kind yesterday when I asked to have my wedding rings cut off. I have recently lost some weight and the rings were loose and uncomfortable? After giving me several tips to get them off myself - we determined that after being on my finger for 45 years they likely weren’t going to come off! She carefully snipped them off and cautioned me that they were very worn and likely need new points. My husband and I discussed that once my weight loss journey has levelled out we should look at a new set - Ben Moss will certainly get our business!! Thank you!!
