I found the staff to be very standoffish, condescending, and overall just cold. Not just one member, but 3.If that’s a sales tactic- it’s a pretty bad one. Lighten up. Did not spend my money at this location.

I came into the store in Orchard Park today for the first time. I was looking for something very specific. I had the kindest sales clerk who was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Emmy for all your help.
