“Purchased a washing machine/dryer set about a month ago. Amazing experience. Hands down.We went in for a new washer and dryer, it was our 3rd store, not happy with customer service at previous places. I did a bunch of research myself before starting to shop and I knew I wanted a top load set, and I was leaning towards a certain brand. Long story short, David approached us and completely schooled me onwashing machine and dryers. He was great, very respectful and insanely knowledgeable.We ended up going back the next day and buying the Electrolux set.There was an issue with delivery but I don't think it's anyone's fault. It was one day turnaround from purchasing to delivery date and David wasn't working that day to facilitate it. Also a mixup with installation but a very quick reply from David, a sales associate ended up coming out on a Saturday at the end of the day to do the install. We said it wasn't a big deal to do the install another day but he still came out.I work in construction so I know mixups like this happen and it doesn't bother me, it's the response to the issue I care about. David and Trail went above and beyond at every step. I now need appliances for my rental unit and I will not be shopping around this time.”

“Very nice and friendly people. Deliver load here in semi few times take average time. Backup is easy but blindside. Truckers only go from Leathead Road for easy access. Washrooms available. Overnight parking isn’t available.”
“Came in for a broken built in vacuum hose that had a split in it. Diagnosed as unrepairable and was shown why, which I really appreciated it. Bought a new hose with great advice, and even had help installing the hose sock. Service was excellent and the price seemed very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back for my built-in vacuum needs!”
“Purchased a snowblower which had been returned. Turned out there were more issues than originally thought. Wayne in Seasonal went out of his way to source a new machine have it assembled and delivered. Ended up just returning the unit but definitely was over and above service. Thank you Wayne for such great service”
“?? I have had two opportunities to interact with a young man from the London Drugs Photo Lab recently, his name is Logan S. I had photos to transfer from my cell phone to the computer to get developed. For some reason several of my photos were not loading. I was becoming extremely frustrated, Logan came to my aid. He was strikingly patient with my exasperation, he encouraged me and calmly took over explaining what the problem was and proceeded to work out the solution. I found Logan to be friendly, knowledgeable, professional with amazing people skills. I have witnessed very few exceptional workers in my life but this young man was definitely one of them. In my opinion he encapsulated all the characteristics of a leader. This young man will go far in life. I have no doubt he would be an incredible supervisor. Logan is most certainly an asset to the store, they are blessed to have him as an employee. I will continue to take my business there. Thank you.”
“I went to London Drugs today to buy a microwave after checking out 2 other stores and looking online.
I actually went there a second time to purchase my microwave. Thomas helped me with the purchase and gave me very good service helping me with the insurance as well for a very good price. He then carried it out of the store and to my car. He made my shopping experience very easy and quick. He had a terrific attitude and he left me with a very happy feeling. The whole trip seemed to only take 20 minutes or so. Thanks Thomas. Shopping for an appliance has never been so good.

“The lovely lady that helped me replace my phone was amazing, she was super friendly and explained everything for me to understand before I chose what phone to get, she helped me change the sim and even tho it was the end of her shift she made sure I left satisfied with my purchase. Would recommend this Andres to anyone.”
