Purchased an unbelievable engagement ring for my better half. The sales person Brandon, was to say the least, amazing. He offered many different looks and styles and was very attentive to our style we were looking for. His patience and guidance is what sold us the ring from him. The ring was absolutely stunning. bought a gold bracelet from the Kelowna location that broke in the first week and was told by the staff that it was our fault with zero offer of any solution. My mom had only worn it around the house and a $600 bracelet should absolutely not break within the first week. We have still received no refund or exchange for this product and have lost $600. Would not recommended to anyone.

Walked in to purchase a womens bracelet as a Christmas gift. All were too expensive with just 15% off (equivalent to the taxes). The sales lady was so rude & made me feel like a loser for not paying the high prices. I walked out.

Brandon and Bev were unbelievable! The service I got while shopping for Christmas gifts was next-level. At no point did I feel like I was being unsold or pressured, but felt like I was talking to a couple of friends more than sales associate. Absolutely more complaints on my end, and honestly happier with the service than the gift (and the gift was fantastic)
