The lovely lady that helped me replace my phone was amazing, she was super friendly and explained everything for me to understand before I chose what phone to get, she helped me change the sim and even tho it was the end of her shift she made sure I left satisfied with my purchase. After a frustrating time setting up my account online. Having an appointment and tech not show up. Call the call centre to be told I don’t have an account or schedule.
