These guys need a comprehensive in-house installation certification program with a warrantee that covers both installation and product together at the national level. The product seems fine, but the installers are a crapshoot. If you hire a crew that can't show certification with membrane decking, make sure your installers have certification with EPDM or TPO flat roofing. If they don't, get someone else. There is a reason that duradek is the industry leader

This product is a total waste of money - good only for 5 years maximum.
