I had cracked the screen of my phone. I was about to upgrade my phone, until the lady at the kiosk (Marja I think?) looked up the purchase of my current phone. She discovered that the phone was covered under Costco warranty. I didn't need to upgrade my phone. She gave me all of the information I needed to call to get a replacement for my phone. She was super helpful and friendly. We have always had super service here!

Worst customer service. I bought a new phone from them and when I try to return it within 15 days (buyers remorse period), they told me I can’t return it to them and I have to send it to the carrier via Purolator. ( wrong information and they never told me when I bought the phone from them). They asked me to call the carrier by myself and deal with it on my own end. I told them that I am not taking this phone back and I left it at their counter and walked away. I called Rogers and the customer service agent informed me that my phone is already been returned and was so surprised that I have to go thru with all this. This call was just 5 minutes later after I left the store. So these so called customer service agents wasted my 2 hours, kept me standing at the kiosk , gave me all the wrong info, ignored me instead of helping me, and once I left the store they returned the phone in 5 minutes? How stupid is it? These guys need to be trained better. What an unpleasant experience that was. Can’t believe they are doing customer service jobs like that.I wish I could give them zero stars but that’s not an option.
