I bought an patio set from WFB, the staff there are awesome to deal with very friendly and helpful. The patio set fit perfectly where I wanted it and is very comfortable to lounge on. I will continue giving out their name for furniture.

Bought a couch back on July 11th, it still hasn't been shipped out yet. WFB says they've released the furniture to be picked up by the shipping company so I called the shipping company and they tell me that the furniture isn't being released by the warehouse so they can't ship it. I'm starting to think they just took my money ($2.5K) and actually never planned to send me the couch, I even paid an extra $200 for delivery but that was a waste too.
Edit: Update to the response from the owner saying I should be an adult and call them to resolve the issue. I've already called you guys twice and the only reply is "I don't know why its taking so long, we'll send out an email to see why" and then no resolution. The clear fact that you don't even know who I am given the information I provided in my review shows that this must happen so often for you guys and it is quite a common occurrence for you guys. I always give a vendor 2 times to try to resolve the issue in an amicable manner before posting a review. Clearly, I'm posting this review now out of helplessness as I have done everything else I can to try to resolve the situation. It should not take a 1 star review for management to take my concerns seriously.

It is always a pleasure buying furniture from WFB. Great quality furniture, comfortable mattresses, and Garth & Sergei are always very helpful. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality furniture at a good price.

Went to look at what they had for furniture. Said they were open online, had an open sign in the window, and had a sign in the window with their hours indicating they should have been open. Door was locked. Very misleading, guess they aren’t interested in our business.

So when I had called the company to ask questions about a sofa I was interested in, I was shocked to learn there never was a return of the sofa. I thought wow, what a great sofa. HA...I was charged $300 for shipping of the sofa, yet this didn't mean right to my apartment. Instead, I had to ask for that, as they just wanted to bring it to the building entrance. Shocking that for that amount of $ they were acting like I'm inconveniencing them. Then when the sofa arrives it looks cheaper than what the pics showed and there was a defect in which the sofa was not presentable. Quality control was not done at any level to the point that it's now inconveniencing me as the customer. Then as if this defective sofa is my fault, they refuse to pick up the sofa without it being packaged 'cause I hadn't kept what it came in, and that I had to worry about printing out a label. And if I want packaging to be sent to me, it would take even longer for pick up. So I wrapped it myself with what I had in the house. Finally the sofa gets picked up a month later!On the day of the pick up, I had been waiting all day 'cause no time had been given to me. Even though I messaged, I did not receive an answer. So again I'm inconvenienced, by contacting the delivery company. So then finally one person shows up to pick up a sofa!! He was a nice guy and it wasn't his fault, as he hadn't been told what he was picking up. So now I'm inconvenienced by helping him and I don't have the strength to do much, so I flag some stranger off the street to assist. And then of course, I didn't get the refund on time and had to call them to follow up on it.Save yourself the headaches and look for furniture elsewhere!

Messaged a Post on Facebook, got told the couch was in stock and to speak to Rai. Approached within 15 seconds upon entering the store.Tried the model I was interested in, got shown a couple more options. Ended up going with something a tad more expensive, but more features. In and out within 20 minutes, and delivered a couple hours later to fit my schedule!Thanks Rai, if you want to sell cars let me know, super professional and painless experience!

Be aware! They don’t answer phone and emails if you want to make a return. I have received broken piece and I didn’t want it, I phoned them, email them and they ignored me. Sectional is very poor quality. Don’t waste your money!!! Go toCostco, they have the best quality and excellent customer service. Learn from my experience.

I purchased a memory foam mattress here about eight years ago, and a bed five years ago. The store worked with me to arrange local delivery at an agreeable time in both cases. The mattress is still super comfy, and other than some cat scratches, the bed is still going strong! Hard to complain about that.
