I feel humiliated, I did self check out, not relising I forgot to scan the stupid electronic device, and I was pretty sure I scanned the other items . Apparently the scanner had a seizure.
So this worker came over hovered and made some uncomfortable comments . Then went threw all my things . I start hearing a loud scretch in my ears due to stress and high blood pressure and it got to the point i told the worker to do it her self then . She said no . She was told to watch us scan, then I said well then give us some space . She refused then said a few other things I wasn't about to focus on hearing due to almost faiting from the pressure on my heart and head from medical conditions.
Then she said excuse me sir ?...
What the heck! Excuse me ! Don't assume my gender! That is disrespectful and humiliating . I told a manager or assistant right away , explained they could have just asked me or asked if I need help with scanning and there employee shouldn't assume any gender, I felt hurt, ashamed , humiliated, as my father attempted to end my life several times each year for 11 years of my childhood for me not being a boy .
And bullied for my father's blood shedding attempt at making me look like a boy , bullied till I ran for my life . I share this , cause everyone In the working industry should understand everyone has a horrifying past one way or another. Understanding compassion should be a regular online course for the public work field and the ones working in small groups .
The worst feeling ... they should make this right .

Not only did Walmart screw me over with shipping costs, charging me for three items I ordered at the same time. When I went to pick one item up (only one of three items sent) and phoned in that I was there, I waited half hour and still no one brought my order out. Tried calling customer service three times and let it ring and ring and ring, no answer. I finally had enough and came home, upon which there was an email stating I had picked it up, and the order was complete! Theft of my time, gas and data along with the item!

This place has sure changed lately. The costumes are no longer important, and they don’t care about how you feel or think. I know I will go somewhere else like Costco who has a customer service that cares about their customers and tries to help them not tell them to bad.

The location is good however one of the employees has a real problem with telling the time right. Anytime i'm there at least 30 minutes before closing she's does the closing announcements 5 minutes before the actual time (9:40 but will say 9:45, 9:50 will say 9:55 etc). When she does it she'll say things like "the tills have begun closing" or "the tills will remain open for only a few more minutes, bring your purchase to the front" or something similar which I understand isn't the end of the world, but it leaves customers feeling extremely rushed and panicked to leave. I'm a manager in a big chain retail business too, so I understand wanting to go home and not be at work longer than needed, however rushing customers thinking they have less time to shop than they actually do is unbelievable. Not everyone is able to come during the day and can only go closer to closing. It's really ridiculous that she's putting that pressure on shoppers and staff as i've heard some staff make multiple complaints and comments amongst themselves about her doing this and making them feel rushed to finish their tasks before being off for the day. From one manager to another, please do better and train your closing staff.

This store literally has birds flying around every time I try going in there, I do not like birds, or the fact that they are obviously peeing and pooping all over the store, including the fresh produce area.?

The shopping and delivery is great, but they have decided to text me and expect me to text back. I do not text and my mobile phone does allow me to text.So keep it up since you don't understand that some of us older people only have a moblie phone to dial 911 , and or a taxi.

The cheapest place in town to get groceries, which is good--only thing is, they don't have baskets for customers, and the carts are inaccessible unless you have a loonie on you. Really difficult to carry my stuff around store--dropped things and embarrassed myself multiple times.
What made me want to leave a review though is while I was scrambling to put my items in my bag after paying, I was approached closely by an employee trying to do a sales pitch that was already on the computer. It was extremely stressful because I felt overwhelmed already and did not want to hold the line up. I understand it's their job but the timing was really bad

Recently I went to Walmart and i used the self checkout so the printer wasn’t working for the receipt a lady named Marissa came and she touches the system and there at the screens shows how much you satisfied and happy from the visit the lady who worked at Walmart her name is Marissa she touch and gave 5 star by herself I don’t think so this is right to do so when a customer wasn’t happy with her service
