Was given a price on new lenses and frames I wanted to keep my old frames and lenses as spare the optometrist put the new lenses in old frames..not what I wanted.My charge for two new lenses 140 dollars frames 90 dollars I was screwed out of the new framesHow do I file a complaint against the optometrist he should be disciplined. I have all receipts.

Stay away My mom got glasses here. They were tri focals and the guy dealing with her didn't know what he was doing. The lines on one eye were so off she had to close one eye to see. She went back THREE times the last time I was with her and he was extremely condescending to her and treated her as if she didn't know what she was crazy. This is how you treat your elderly customers? I was appalled. I took her to Lens Crafters they were awesome all they had to do was adjust the frames and they treated her with respect.

I have been buying my contact lenses here for at least 7 years, and until today, I have had nothing but great experiences buying my contacts from Dee. Today was completely different.Even though I am a runner and running in glasses has just been getting more uncomfortable since the weather has warmed up, I had been putting off buying contacts for a month now but I decided it was time to get another box.Yesterday, on Good Friday, I was sure the Vision Center would be closed, but I tried calling anyway to see if I would be able to purchase a new box of contacts. When the Vision Center voicemail message answered, it says "...we will only being providing contact lenses to customers on file," which I am.Today, I stood in the outside lineup to get into Walmart itself, and I walked up to the Vision Center, where a sign says "Stop Here" and I waited for the employee to acknowledge me, which she did not. She appeared to be scrolling some website and pretending I wasn't standing there. Eventually, I asked her if I would be able to buy a box of contacts, and she asked me my name. Then, instead of pulling up my file, she told me she wouldn't order me a box of contacts. But I didn't need her to order me a box, simply to get one out of the cabinet, like they always do. She then told me it obviously wasn't an emergency as I was wearing glasses. No one needs contacts in an emergency. Everyone who needs contacts, owns a pair of glasses.I was shocked at her attitude and walked away. I will be ordering my contacts from Clearly from now on. The only reason I have always purchased my contacts at the Walmart Vision Center is because Dee always provided such a great experience. Such a bummer!

I have never been more disappointed! I printed a calendar in the photo centre and it took 20 days before it was ready! I had reviewed it online and it was exactly how I wanted it! Once I picked it up in store it was not how I had put it together online at all! There were repeats of photos that I made a point of double checking before printing it and none of the photos were centred so the majority of the photos you couldn't tell what was happening! i have printed things here before and I am so upset with how this turned out! I will no longer be taking my prints there! I hand picked the photos and put them together myself so needless to say I am super disappointed that they could not print it!

This Walmart s good but not too organized The luggage section and men's clothing not too organized Takes long looking for things Next to men's clothing there are huge cardboard boxes piled up I have seen much better and well organized Walmart Infact never seen one like this Though I could find what I wanted without any deals

complete dump since it's become a super center. Not enough staff or cashiers. They have maxed their profits but down graded their standards. All this to beat target. .. tsk tsk targets gone and walmart is a complete mess and staff is over worked but not on the own work.. they are busy working every where else in the store.
