Ive been to this location a few times. It has always been messy, unorganized, and minimal assistance was given. They were out of most shoe sizes but the pricing was decent.

This store is so horrible if you are taking someone with accessibility issues. After my grandmother almost fell multiples times using her walker while going through the narrow shoe isles I brought up the poor accessibility to staff. I returned today hoping to see some change and it was the same issue.

One employee behind the cash register in the whole store everytime I go in. My shopping experience here is either you wait 10+ minutes to get help trying on shoes or just give up and leave.

Ok selection. But customer service was awful. I walked in and no one offered to help me the entire time I was in the store, even when I started looking through boxes for sizes. Two employees instead stood by the counter complaining loudly about their shift.

I bought my daughter school shoes on Aug 20, 2022. Unfortunately, one of the shoe soles has ripped off at the heel, and the bottom is slowly falling off. I called the store and a lady said I can bring the shoes in and exchange them even though it was just past the 60 day exchange policy. I went in today, and the store employees denied the exchange because it was 5 days past the policy. I’m frustrated because the shoes are poor quality and instead of keeping a customer and losing maybe $50; they lost a customer and about $300 worth of shoes annually that I usually get at that store for my three kids. Poor business decision.
