I bought a Kingsdown mattress from Sleep Country. The sales person was really helpful. I tried out a couple of other mattresses in the store before finalising on Kingsdown. He also gave me a complimentary bed cover and a small blanket. Moreover, their delivery service was really great. They even helped me stow away the old mattress.

Excellent service and staff! Within 20 minutes I had picked my mattress and made my purchase. I was greeted in a friendly manner twice by store staff and encouraged to try out the mattresses. The entire experience was excellent. I highly recommend this store!!

From initial telephone call, through demos, through sale, a top of the line customer experience. Our guide, Glenn, took us on this journey with knowledge, professionalism and a sense of humour. Top marks to Glenn. Our delivery team, led by Sukh, was equal in his demonstration of those same traits. Well done by all! We are very happy with this experience.

Outstanding customer service! Justice politely called prior to delivery and set up of our purchase. He arrived promptly for delivery.We purchased our new bed one the phone and the person who assisted us was very patient. The pricing was very good as well.
