I bought a Tempurpedic adjustable bed a year ago ,and have had no issues till this week ,bed would not respond to remote ,we did all the troubleshooting and still wouldn't work .Called the store ,told them what was going on ,they says, that another customer was having the same issue with the same bad ,and that the owner would like to come to my house and troubleshoot ,( same result ,wouldn't respond ) she brought another box controller ,but forgot the power cord to it ,( so we used mine ) ,same response ,nothing ,,,,,, so they took all my components and said they would test on their bed at the store ,(they called me back and said YUP POWER CORD !!!!!!,and said they would loan me one from the store and have their technician ( that can't drive ? ) and herself would come out this that afternoon and hook it all up ( nobody came ) called the store ,? oh sorry got busy can I stop by tomorrow morning and I'll get it all up and running for you ,,,,,,well again ( no show ) so I called and inquired ,,,,,was told sorry our technician doesn't drive and I'm busy with 1 customer,,,maybe at 4om today ,BUT no promise ,I'm busy ,,,I said ,have my stuff ready I'll pick it up and install myself ,as I find this way of doing bussiness ,very unprofessional.Mindy was putting me off and lying to me ,and not following thru with her promises to TAKE CARE OF YOU !!!
It seems like they just wants your money and after the sale is done ,they really doesn't care ,and has NOT PROVIDED ME WITH MY WARRENTY and contact numbers .They were very rude and not admitting to what they told me at point of sale ? BEWARE ,when purchasing anything from sleep sisters ,as they are very sneaky and don't tell you everything or honor their promises ,plus your components don't come wrapped like new ( so did they give me used ) from in the store .very questionable ???? but you will never get the truth.Very disappointed as I do like to support local ,but I will be dealing with Sleep country from now on ,as they seem to care ,about their customers ,and will also price adjust ( which sleep sisters don't) ,AGAIN BEWARE !!!!!! get everything in writing,as Mindy likes to tell you what you want to hear ,but doesn't honor ,what she says .
oh just wanted to add that ,the sleep sisters also ,said if I wanted the tech to install my components on my bed ,that I could pIck him up at store ,drive him to my house ,than drop him off at store ,never have i heard of a bussiness ,doing bussiness like that,,,WOW ,I'd be embarrassed

I honestly have never been there. However i am not a fan of the website and thats how i was planning to shop. Whether or not i buy in store, i like to compare customers' reviews along with prices. Those two bits of info let me make a reasonably informed entrance. I dont like sites that sit on their prices like this one. Im sorry but u have lost my busineess as an online shopper. Three stars because im sure the store itself is fine.

Mindy is amazing!! Over the past year, we have purchased a new mattress, new couch set, and now a natural crib mattress. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and always gives us great deals on amazing North American made products!

My sister and I took our mother to Sisters Sleep Gallery and Mindy was great dealing with mom and had a great selection of lift chairs. The service was great!!!!

Mindy and her team were fantastic to deal with throughout the entire process, patient and simply wanting us to get the right bed, no matter how long it took. lnitially, I purchased a queen bed for one of our spare rooms (so didn’t put much thought into it at first), but after not liking the feel (much too firm), Mindy told me to bring it back and try other ones until I found the right one. After much internal debate, going back and forth on different models, I settled on one of the softer, plush Sealy beds thanks to her knowledge of all the product in store. I am extremely happy with the purchase and will definitely be back to Sisters when I need to upgrade another mattress!

I was so grateful to have Mindy's help in choosing a new mattress. She explained everything so well and helped me understand how mattress and pillow go together for proper alignment. I am so happy with my new bed and would recommend Sleep Sisters to everyone. Prices are completely reasonable too.

Mindy is awesome if I could of I would of given her a hug, but due to covid and being 6 feet a part we exchanged air hugs.Mindy is so knowledgeable. She let us try the beds we were interested in and we ended up buying one of them. I feel that a bed should envelop you and have you look forward to going to sleep and I love going to sleep in my awesome bed!Mindy and her sisters are so easy to talk to. I had an enjoyable and great experience shopping for our purchase. Thanks so much Mindy❤

Mindy guided us through the actually difficult task of buying a proper mattress.She asked us a few questions about how we slept, what we required for temperature, comfort, and space between my wife and myself. She made some initial suggestions, and then let us try out all the mattresses in the show room. After that we spend a very long time asking questions and trying our various makes, models, and firmness levels. We eventually bought a mattress that we are confident will exactly suit our needs........ considering we will spend about 1/3 of our lives laying on that mattress.Basically Mindy did not "sell" us a mattress, she coached us through the process of having the mattress sell itself to us.By the way of Mindy's initial suggestion of two mattress, we eventually picked one of those two. Her assessment was right on. That is a great skill. Mindy does not have just a "job" selling mattresses, she has an occupation where she finds a mattress to suit a person's needs.
