I would do no stars if I couldWorst store in the mall - nothing is priced and everything is chaotic with people standing around waiting to see how much items cost.The employees don’t seem like they know a thing about what they sell. They could take the time to price things properly and make it easier to read.0/10 would not recommend-

This store has a lot of restrictions for return which would be ok if they informed you of this before purchase. Our son *** ** ** *** ****** into buying $68 worth of potato chips. He was not given a receipt or told about the stores policy. 20 minutes after purchase, he attempted to return the sealed packages and was told it was a final sale. If you are going to do business in a way that ***** ********* ** ** **** **** and doesn't properly inform consumers then you are not going to get my business. I do not recommend this company.

We had the misfortune of allowing our son to go to the mall and he took his debit card. The teller convinced him to buy $68 worth of potato chips and never told him it was a final sale. He was then not given a receipt for one reason or another. 20 minutes later he came to his senses and tried to return the items but was refused. Showcase has predatory business practices and preys upon the young and naive. We will not ever shop here again.

Bought the hearing aid product. Was asked to purchase warenty if lost or breaks. Supposed to get replacement. Didnt happen. I was lied to. Disappointed.
