On Friday Nov 1st around 3 pm my daughter who was 5 months pregnant and her 5 year old daughter were waiting for the pharmacy in Kamloops to fill a prescription, while they were waiting, her 5 year old daughter had to use the bathroom, as every parent knows children have a tendency to wait to the last minute to go to the bathroom, when my daughter asked if her daughter could us the bathroom, the staff refused to allow a 5 year old girl to use the bathroom. My daughter ended up having to quickly leave Rexall without her prescription and run home so that her 5 year old daughter could use the bathroom at home. If this is how Rexall treats their customers, I guess I will be supporting more family friendly businesses.

Was told to come on Monday afternoon medications will be ready, now they are saying they haven't heard fr Dr :/ traveling 2.5 hours to come here seriously

On August 17th at around 4:30 I was in your pharmacy and received the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. The young lady who was working the front till was very knowledgeable and directed me to what I was looking for; unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I was then approached by another young woman named Garame (I don’t think I spelled that correctly, sorry) and she was so kind, going around the store collecting the items I needed as I was on crutches. Between them they quickly did up my purchases and even carried them out to my car, wishing me a speedy recovery as I left. I don’t know who the manager is of this store but I just wanted them to know how lucky they are to have such fantastic staff. Thanks again ladies!!!

Staff is super friendly. Never had an issue with pharmacy or the store itself.

Used to be more convenient with hours. Seems to have a regular turnover of staff which impacts consistency of service. Prices are inline with what you would expect for a drugstore (higher for the convenience). Seems to chronically run out of milk each week on weekends.

Drove all the way across town because I needed a vaccine. Called ahead and they said they had it. Waited at the counter for 10-15 minutes and no one came to help.

Profiled & AccusedIf I could leave 0 stars I would.An older caucasian blonde woman wrongfully profiled me and accused me of being in this establishment days prior from the moment I walked in and asked me to leave. I DONT EVEN LIVE IN THIS CITY. She met me with nothing but attitude and aggression, on top of that she was so loud and so wrong. Embarrassing for this place to employ people who are delusional and possibly senile? Perhaps this establishment should have a mandatory medical check of mental capacity to be employed here. Sorry your life sucks so much Shelly that you’re trying to play pretend law enforcement in a drugstore. Maybe get REAL security or loss prevention workers so you guys can PREVENT encounters like this from happening. I will never set foot in this establishment again.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Rexall. I purchased a men's hair color product with the expectation of achieving a brown shade, as indicated on the packaging. However, the product turned my hair black instead. When seeking assistance from the manager, I was met with poor customer service. The manager denied refunding and walked away at the end of our communication without providing a solution. To remedy the situation, I had to spend extra money on a hair color remover and another product, which ended up damaging my hair. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that has left me dissatisfied with both the product and the service.

On Oct 1,2023 went it to buy numerous make up and some novelty items. Needed to use the washroom but was told it is no longer available to paying customers because of homeless incidents. I was told the nearest restroom is Starbucks across the parking lot. Good for you Starbucks across the way! I put my items down and left the store . You won’t have my business anymore . Simple solution , you could have unlocked the washroom door and let me use the restroom ?. Not to difficult to unlock and lock ? a door after my use. Hardly any customers in the store at the time I was there on an early Sunday morning.
