Profiled & AccusedIf I could leave 0 stars I would.An older caucasian blonde woman wrongfully profiled me and accused me of being in this establishment days prior from the moment I walked in and asked me to leave. I DONT EVEN LIVE IN THIS CITY. She met me with nothing but attitude and aggression, on top of that she was so loud and so wrong. Embarrassing for this place to employ people who are delusional and possibly senile? Perhaps this establishment should have a mandatory medical check of mental capacity to be employed here. Sorry your life sucks so much Shelly that you’re trying to play pretend law enforcement in a drugstore. Maybe get REAL security or loss prevention workers so you guys can PREVENT encounters like this from happening. I will never set foot in this establishment again.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Rexall. I purchased a men's hair color product with the expectation of achieving a brown shade, as indicated on the packaging. However, the product turned my hair black instead. When seeking assistance from the manager, I was met with poor customer service. The manager denied refunding and walked away at the end of our communication without providing a solution. To remedy the situation, I had to spend extra money on a hair color remover and another product, which ended up damaging my hair. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that has left me dissatisfied with both the product and the service.

On Oct 1,2023 went it to buy numerous make up and some novelty items. Needed to use the washroom but was told it is no longer available to paying customers because of homeless incidents. I was told the nearest restroom is Starbucks across the parking lot. Good for you Starbucks across the way! I put my items down and left the store . You won’t have my business anymore . Simple solution , you could have unlocked the washroom door and let me use the restroom ?. Not to difficult to unlock and lock ? a door after my use. Hardly any customers in the store at the time I was there on an early Sunday morning.

I was humiliated at the pharmacy and I don't recommend going there. I was being questioned about MY privacy and personal health and had to wait for the "pharmacist" to put a sicker on a box which was completely unnecessary! None of the staff had any knowledge of the new family planning coverage that has been in place since April.

A 5 star rating for the staff, because they work so hard, and they have amazing pharmacist and postal workers.However, since it changed ownership this place has been going downhill.First the pharmacy was 24 hrs, then it was open until 10pm, then 8pm and now you can drive by at 7pm and everything is off. Even the drive thru!Then the post office, which each time we get a letter for pick up of Canada Post says open 9-9 almost every day and now is rarely open which makes it had to grab something as most times conflicts with a regular work schedule.

This drugstore has staff who are happy to help you. I see all these reviews about the post office (there is a separate google listing for the post office). The staff are clearly overworked and the changing hours are a reflection of labour shortages. At the end of the day this is the owners responsibility. So thank you to the hard working staff here. And hopefully the owner manages staffing levels properly.

Pharmacist was too lazy to come out from behind the desk and kept relaying information back and forth through another employee when I needed a consult regarding a supplement during my pregnancy. What a way to value your customers’ time. Do better!

My wife and 4 year old daughter crying from an ear infection got turned away by the pharmacist at 8:30 because they close at 9:00. Can someone say customer service, not Rexall!Update; We have gone back several times with good service and 1 good pharmacist so I am updating this with a higher rating... maybe one day they will get a 5.Update; Today the pharmacist called and spent a considerable amount of time looking up 2 medicines different doctors prescribed me to figure out which would be better for me. Very happy over last several years. The first review and bad experience has shown to be an outlier.

Went to pick up my order at the Rexall Canada post office, I was told by the clerk to come the next day, the reason being- he is too busy to go into the back office and find my order. Thanks, but gas isn't cheap, I am not coming to your location every day to see if you are busy or not.
