Great customer service, I honestly wasn't expecting the level of customer service I recieved.My feet hurt, I was already wearing "good" boots, they recommended boots/insoles, they are the most comfortable set of boots I've worn.Is the price tag large, yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely.

Excellent customer service, very fair prices and both ladies working were very knowledgeable, helped me find a new set of boots, and Kept my 3 year old busy too!Will definitely be shopping here again

I was looking for a kit to polish my boots, they did it in store free of charge, inspected them over and recommended the best oil for my boot. So worth owning a pair of Red Wings for this level of customer service. Thank you!

I went into Red wing wanting to just ask a question about the warranty of my boots as they had started to wear in the front the lady that was in there was very abrasive towards me basically accusing me of wrecking the boots on purpose I will never buy or support this business again after leaving the establishment I heard the lady say thank Christ they are gone

Absolutely unreal service Alex sat with me for two hours going over every possible option with there benefits. At no point did she try and up sell me. The manager even offered to grab me a coffee on his break and chatted with me while I tried on every possible option of boot. 10/10

Ryan (the owner), willingly stayed late for us to get us into some new boots for all the walking we’re doing on this current job and didn’t hold back one bit. Was greatly appreciated and happy with the outcome and customer service. Thanks to the staff as well for doing the same for other guys in the same position!

Having been an avid wearer of Red Wing work boots for several decades I was pleasantly surprised to come across the Red Wing Shoe store in Kamloops whilst on holiday from the UK.What a really fantastic, well laid out store with great products and especially helpful and really friendly people working there, they couldn't have been nicer.Highly recommendable to anyone wishing to buy top quality footwear from truly honest and friendly people.

I was suffering from some bad foot pain due to the last couple pairs of work boots I had bought. I had enough of that a decided to see what Red Wing could do for me. I was not disappointed by any means. Kimmy at the Kamloops location was amazing. She had great product knowledge and customer service. After telling me what was going on and how to correct it she made some suggestions for a couple different boots and insoles. I purchased a pair of boots and I could tell the difference immediately. Not only did they ease my foot pain but I could tell they were actually healing even while I was on my feet wearing the new boots all day. A week later I went back to get the suggested insoles to complete the package. Now I have zero issues with my feet and my Red Wing boots are actually a pleasure to wear and even more comfortable than some of my casual footwear. Thank you Kimmy and Red Wing! You’ve earned a customer for life.

Shout out to Ryan at Red Wing Kamloops. He took the time to source the boots I wanted in a size that wasn't available at the store. He followed up with me by phone only an hour after I left to say he found them and then had them in Kamloops in 2 days. Great service and I love the boots- Thanks Ryan.

What can you say about this store?? Quality product that fits well and is good value. Great staff and ownership. They even brought in a product for me from another store and it came in 48 hours!! Will shop again and definitely recommend Red Wing to anyone
