“I needed to meet with a doctor to get a prescription. After multiple attempts on other online medical platforms over several days and going in person to an urgent care facility, I was still at square one and quite frustrated. Someone told me about Pure Pharmacy and their online doctor appointments, so I registered and literally 30 minutes later I received a call from a knowledgeable physician who promptly got my prescription done and sent to a local pharmacy. Easiest appointment I've ever had in my life. I highly recommend using this service!”
“Normally I switch pharmacies to whatever is the most convenient to where I live or work but the moment I switched to these guys 3ish year ago, I knew I'd never leave. They have the most amazing staff who truly care for their clientele. I've had them fill prescriptions like clockwork, take time out of their day to explain what medications are similar/almost the same yet vastly different in price point, have provided ideas on how to get my very expensive medications lower in price point by letting me know which of my prescriptions have companies with assistance programs, and also explained MSP special authority, etc. They do all of this AND remember who you are, I walk in and they greet me by name even though i am only there once a month and they see many others between that. Another perk is that they all have fabulous senses of humour - not many understand my jokes and I appreciate them laughing with me about the price of my antidepressants giving me depression. Just easily the best pharmacy in town, the most phenomenal staff and I refuse to leave them now. Thank you guys for you all have done and continue to do for me, I cannot express how thankful I am for all of you!”

“This drugstore is worth more than 5 stars. They have assisted me with my aging Mom, all her med changes and more. Today quite sick with Covid. Doctor called in prescriptions later in the day. Kipps made delivery even after their day end and for that I am so thankful!! Such an excellent team you are at Kipps. Thank you again.”

“This time they were polite as can be but the online doctor at this location is not professional at all. Apparently because I have a few chronic health conditions & take more than 5 rxs & I cannot be seen (heard) by an online doctor because I am considered too complex even though I only asking for one single rx renewal for a rx I've been since I was 10 years old znd require it for the rest of my life.For the visit a couple days ago the get 5/5For the visit a few months ago they get 1/5 & that is being generous”
“Ya, it's fine aside from the ever-soaring cost of food shopping. I suppose they have a beer and wine store within, which is not common around here to have groceries and alcohol mixed. I'm all for it but some may feel differently either way that's what they have going on there as well as being a large grocery store it has just about everything I would suggest.”

“The downtown location is very busy and sometimes short staffed but they do try very hard to take care of there customers but the other Tranquille Rd location has more staff so the waiting time is much less. I've been getting my medications there for about 6 or 7 years at the downtown location so they can't be too bad.”

“I have been dealing with the Safeway on Fortune for over 30 years. They are excellent especially their pharmacy assistance which are the most long-lasting employees. There has been a lot of turnover in the last year or so because of the new regulations causing the pharmacist in need to give out prescriptions themselves ( legal implications and insurance). Like any business, occasionally there bumps in the road but not major ones. As a person who has an insanely complicated medical and prescription history, Safeway pharmacy has been professional, and consistent. I get stressed in the times I've dealt with other pharmacies in town except for the compounding ones, so this group is a good team.”

“Have been using this drug store for my prescriptions for many years, friendly staff and knowledgeable. The one thing they often can't get right is the type of lid for pill bottles. I'm a senior with no children in my household yet pharmacy staff issue the press and turn lids for my prescriptions. For years they have it noted on my file to use the the snap lids. The most recent one would not press and turn no matter what I tried. Finally managed after struggling, to open it with a bottle opener. My next thought was to smash in with a hammer!”
“This drugstore has staff who are happy to help you. I see all these reviews about the post office (there is a separate google listing for the post office). The staff are clearly overworked and the changing hours are a reflection of labour shortages. At the end of the day this is the owners responsibility. So thank you to the hard working staff here. And hopefully the owner manages staffing levels properly.”
