The staff at Kamloops Peoples are excellent. I had an excellent experience with Hannah, Taj and Maka. When I originally ordered my product there was an issue contacting the vendor and the item was going to arrive after the expected date and after arrangements had been made around the item arriving.
Hannah validated my concerns and assisted me in contacting the support team and made it her personal mission to make sure the mistake was rectified.
While I still don't understand the delay or what happened with the vendor, the staff at Peoples Kamloops worked very hard to make it right and in the end the item arrived on time. I am very thankful for their hard work.

I can't say enough great things about my recent experience at the store. Maka and Linda both went above and beyond more than once to ensure I was happy with my ring and the alterations. I was indecisive and took a lot of time deciding exactly what I wanted and they were patient, kind and understanding. Thank you for sticking it out with me. I love the ring and won't shop anywhere else in the future as I am sure the customer service elsewhere cannot be matched!

Went to People's Jewellers in Aberdeen Mall Kamloops and Maka the store manager was helping us and she is honestly truly the most amazing, knowledgeable and honest person, she really knows and loves her job. I would recommend her to anyone for anything.
