Always friendly, very professional and reasonably fast service each visit! Good parking too :)Not sure why they charge more for certain identical drugs though than the other Kamloops IDA on Tranquille. If I go here for generic T1s they are $31. If I go to the IDA two blocks up the road, the same bottle/amount is $23.

Worst ever. incompetent people working there . dont understand simple prescriptions refills. always a big 2 week ordeal every time !

Best pharmacy that I have been to in town. Pharmacist is a great friendly guy. Knows his stuff. They call me when needed. Not anything like the other pharmacy. Great place to get your medication. Unbelievable friendly service. And with the health care system failing, you need this service. ??#Thehatedartist.

Terrific pharmacy with very friendly staff. Quick prescriptions and they treat you like family. And if you can't go in to get your meds you can get them delivered to your home or office they have a sweet girl delivery driver and she gets to u pretty quickly. At home or delivery u get wonderful people helping you.

Yes this pharmacy try at least to give some good service, if they communicate better with each other. I've had to wait for hours to get my meds. You would think, after phoning there, they would let other staff you called and let other staff "hey, so so called, n asked for meds to be ready, customer is coming to the store, to get her meds." But instead, you get a lame answer and so customer shows up at store to get her meds there...! "Oh no one said you were coming by to pick up your meds."I suggest if the person answering the phone gives the pharmist the message, so so is coming to pick up her meds. She just called.
