“I had cracked the screen of my phone. I was about to upgrade my phone, until the lady at the kiosk (Marja I think?) looked up the purchase of my current phone. She discovered that the phone was covered under Costco warranty. I didn't need to upgrade my phone. She gave me all of the information I needed to call to get a replacement for my phone. She was super helpful and friendly. We have always had super service here!”

(I work with another carrier in town) and called the rogers store in aberdeen who were in turn very rude over the phone (I don't deal with rogers here and I was just trying to help a confused old man) you were amazing, super patient and willing to help me help this customer over the phone. You deserve a raise sir, because I know you don't get paid to do stuff like this.”
