Honestly I was a returning customer, I had no problem and there was nothing but great service. But I just bought one of the most important pieces of jewelry from them which was my wedding band. I bought it special and sized it with my engagement ring and put it away until the wedding. It was worn LESS then 2 months and bought with a 10 year warranty. Within those months my ring size went down 2.5 sizes and when I took it in looking for some help I was turned away and told they won’t be doing anything. That was after I was told 2 time IN STORE that I would be getting a callback that I never received. So now I am stuck with a don’t get my wrong a beautiful paperweight. With a 10 year warranty. ?

Absolutely shady experience. They sell defective items and say anything they can to upsell you when they can't fix their unusable items. They would rather keep bringing in replacements for the ones that fail. I asked for a refund simply because there was nothing in their very limited stock to choose from. I was told over the phone that I would receive something else at a GREATLY discounted price, only to find out that was 20%, after the credit of the original purchase was applied. Bullying tactics. Never will I nor any of my peers shop in this store. I'm truly disappointed with the service and quality of this franchise. Guess I'll see them in a couple of weeks when the new bracelet fails again.

I received great service when I bought my pearl earrings by two young girls. I did not try on the earring’s in the store. When I got home to try them on I realized they were not clasping properly. I took them back. The gentleman helping me was very shy but polite and seemed new. The manager came over and he just seemed frustrated to be dealing with this issue. He wanted the young man to do an exchange but he did not seem to know how. The manager again seemed pissed off. Tossing my receipt and started punching info into the computer. While I was standing there I noticed that one of the pearls on the new earrings had a scratch and a small hole. He could have easily swapped them with the ones I was returning ( the pearls just slide on and off the clasp) as there was nothing wrong with the pearls on the pair I was returning. He didn’t seem interested in customer service at all. I decided to just take a refund. Again he seemed frustrated. Handed the visa machine my way. He never once acknowledged me when he first walked over or provided professional service or attitude. Very disappointed in my experience.
I have never left a negative review before. I usually just quietly walk away but I felt this time it was warranted

My husband and I most recently had an excellent customer service experience at this store dealing with Mahshid. She was very knowledgable and professional in helping us with purchasing my husbands wedding ring. I always believe when purchasing things like this that it truly is about the full customer experience that makes it feel exciting. We had to wait for the ring to be ordered in the right size so the whole experience took about 6 weeks and it was pleasant from beginning until the end. I also noticed that her co-workers were very helpful in helping her along the process by just preparing documents without her asking. It was really nice to see them working together as a team so cohesively. Thank you again Mahshid for your service!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. The store manager provided horrendous customer service and did not stand by the integrity of the product. She was rude, blamed the customer for something their associate did and offered no possible solution.

The worst product that I had ever seen with terrible customer service. I bought two pairs of earrings. The handcrafted sleepers solid 10kt glod is such a disaster. I had so many these kinds of sleepers in all different price, and this one! OMG, it is not only that I could not even put it on, and it also makes my ear bleeding. The rings has a very sharp clip which is such a terrible design. The sale in the shore insisted that their products are fine, and it is my problem. I tried it in store, and they are try to put it on as well. IT JUST DOESN’T WORKED!! They are not allowed me to try before I brought it and refuse to return the FAULTY PRODUCT. Please spend your good money on a credible brand not this one.

Absolutely terrible service! As previous loyal Michael Hill customers, we purchased an engagement ring from this location. The ring was needed for an upcoming anniversary and there was no opportunity to order the correct size, so we purchased the ring in the showcase after being told by the salesperson/manager that it was no problem to size it later. Keep in mind that Michael Hill has a 30-day return limit, so we relied on this advice in buying the ring. Well flash forward and we bring the ring into the store for sizing only to be told no, the sizing is outside of their guidelines and would risk the loss of the channel diamonds on the band. We were sent to a local jeweler who does the trickier resizing for the store and got the same answer, can’t be resized as required. We return to the store seeking a refund and are told it requires approval of the regional manager and confirmation of that the ring has not been worn (which the current manager confirmed visually that it was not). Regional manager approves but seeks advice from another branch of Michael Hill. That person over-rides the regional manager and says no to a refund. This even though we purchased based on a misrepresentation by store staff. All of this took months to work through and never was there any acknowledgment of their misrepresentation and now we are stuck with a ring that my fiancé cannot wear!! I would not advise buying from Michael Hill as they provided us with wrong information that we relied on, they clearly don’t value customer service and once you are out the door, you are on your own. Never buying from them again. Would give them zero stars if Google would let us.

Great staff super helpful, While we were trying on rings watches jewelry they cleaned the girlfriend's rings while we browsed great people.
