I will give it 4 stars just because I am comparing to the Vernon store. As per electronic/photo section Vernon store is hands down better. But my experience was very positive.

Sad. Photo desk is next to useless. Guy at the counter had either no conviction of knowledge on differences between basic product types, or able to accurately describe them. His demeanour was not friendly and not particularly professional. Ordered prints "to-fit" received "zoom-to-fill" so they got cropped. HD prints are nothing special. I shudder to think what regular looks like. The process is also altering brightness/contrast prior to print which I specifically asked not to be done.

I had a question for the pharmacist and called them on the phone. All you get is a long message encouraging you to go online. I could not get through. At Superstore it's easy to talk to a pharmacist. I will not file another prescription at London Drugs.

I never leave reviews but I wanted to here
I had a great experience with Adam in the photo department. I am from out of town and I was returning home the next day. I had printed some photos and the computer told me that they would be available the day I was leaving at 10am. I was willing to accept this however it was a little inconvenient. A little while later I received my confirmation email about the photos. There was something that confused me concerning the payment. I returned to the store and Adam answered my question perfectly. He then asked if I wanted my photos now since it was kinda slow he could print them now. I was thrilled because I needed the photos as soon as possible.
This staff member went above and beyond in my opinion. He didn't need to do this and this to me is excellent customer service. Thank you Adam you made a stressful day a little easier for me. And I appreciate that

I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had today at the Photolab at the Kamloops location. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the processing of my film, but the manager (dark haired male) was absolutely amazing. Incredibly understanding, kind, sympathetic, and went above and beyond.
The blonde female staff member is also incredible. She is so knowledgeable and lovely.
I have processed and printed my photos here for a long time, and have recommended this Photolab to my clients for years (I’m a photographer). And I will definitely be continuing to do both. Seriously AMAZING customer service ??

Kamloops London Drugs has some great guys in the electronics dept. Very very helpful. I bought a starlink system there and not only is London Drugs the only place I can walk in to buy a system but the customer service is very good. Thank you.

Security staff are behaving strangely, I was checking to buy laptops, but staff come and asked very vaguely that "everything is okay" then passed to the other section and the other staff asked me the same question. I planned to compare the price and then choose one. Their behaviour scared me and immediately left the place before other staff also asked questions like detectors around you. Very bad and disappointing experience. I will never visit it again. It's like the London Drugs staff follow you like Drug users.

I never give 5 stars but I did on this one. I’m out of town and walked in I needed new screen on my iPhone and they fit me in. It was covered by Apple care but we had some issues because I couldn’t remember the password for the proper account. The techs were very patient. I need to bring in my work iPad to find my password and the young Tech cleaned it up, cleaned the keyboard and screen, this had nothing to do with the iPhone issue. They called about an 11/2 hr later phone repaired no charge. Unfortunately the Techs were not there when I went to pickup for me to thank personally.
Great computer staff you have there. Far better than the surly techs at LD in Courtenay

I went here to get my photos developed and it seems like all the staff fail to communicate with each other and no one asked for my email. They called me later to ask for it, I unfortunately missed the call and called back not 5minutes later and the gentleman on the other end had no idea why they called me. I had to drive all the way back into town to give them my email, and still have not received the digital copies of my pictures even though it’s been over 36 hours now. It is disappointing and I am leaving Kamloops tonight and won’t be back. I am very saddened.
