I was waiting so long to get my phone line activated. Thanks to CARLENE for helping me out. She was so kind. She went over and beyond to get my Koodo service activated. Me and My husband left with a smile face because of her. I would recommend everyone to get her service.

I was having trouble accessing my account online. I went to the Aberdeen Mall kiosk and spoke to Carlene, twice. She didn't give up until I was more than satisfied. I can never complain about the reps there, always good service.

I've been dealing with this particular store for probably 15 years now and always have had good experiences for the most part. Today I dealt with Zelda and she went over and above in my honest opinion, she was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was able to set me up with a new phone and get everything transferred from one phone to the other after it had received water damage the day before. I will definitely be getting another phone from her when it is required. Thank you

The staff behind the counter seem to have attitude issues every so often, and are not entirely knowledgeable. If you call in to the booth at the mall, you will be greeted immediately with an attitude %70 of the time. Whenever I have a quick question about my plan and coverage they always send me to customer service line instead actually helping me, and it's not a big request either. It feels like there is a lack of care for customers. But the customers support they make you call is always friendly and willing to help, more so than the folks at the booth.

I give these guys a 10. Their customer service is fantastic. However I give Koodo as a company a big fat ZERO. There is no longer a choice of plans you HAVE to pay 60$ for a plan and a 50$ connection fee. I won't be back.

Charlene and Steve were awesome. I had called in advanced and they were very professional and helpful on the call. When we arrived they provided great customer service and set us up with the right plan for my brother in such a short time. Thank you so much!

Very good customer service yesterday by Travis at Koodo's Aberdeen Mall. Inquired about prepaid plan and not only did he explain about the various plans, but everything was installed and activated on the spot !!!

Good stuff. Lots of phones to choose from. Staff is knowledgeable about all the phones and their features. Only downside is it is a popular phone kiosk, thus getting a phone in the color you want doesn't always happen!

wont let me cancel wont call me back FORCING ME TO MAKE A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT TO CANCEL IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUISNESS EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THE STORE: just to be clear koodo.com gives me no other recourse then to place reviews to warn others tell them to change their policy im not removing this negative review until this has been done, you certainly can do something about this for example let your head office (franchise owner) know and get them to allow us to at least email someone for the love of god not everyone wants to give private data to Facebook just to cancel their account when they move to another country I am not the only one that experienced this. IN order to get a call back i had to pay roaming charges... so I got to pay for the privilege of cancelling... dont hide behind your franchise status...
