I ALWAYS get incredible service here - employees are knowledgeable, friendly and you see the same faces which tells me it must be a good workplace if they can retain employees. And the popcorn gets me every time, lol! They give back to the community which you can't say for the big box stores.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Mark who did an amazing job with helping us with our doors for our house! He was super helpful, explained the pros and cons to doors and which weatherstripping option would work best for us. He also helped us with our garage door! Very knowledgeable and would highly recommend!

I huge shout out to Chris is plumbing dept.
I brought in leaky (winter) out door faucet from my 91 year old mom. At first I only thought it needed a very small o ring.
He didn’t have it in stock… But he went into the back; Found an old/open pack and fixed it … but also noticed a couple of other pieces needed replacing….. Done! And he said NO Charge… I’m just glad we had the parts in back to fix it.
Thats what customer service is all about!!
You just made me a Permanent Customer and the store should buy him a lunch.

Great staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed happy to provide ideas. Person in the paint department this evening was exceptional with great suggestions for our pending renovation. This is our go-to spot in Kamloops for home renovation supplies and advice!

Great service here. I bought some material about a week ago, I went in today to return it without a receipt as I bought the wrong sized stuff. The staff who helped me located my invoice and returned it - no questions asked. will be back soon

Listen here folks. This place is just down right awesome. Most of the people that work at this place love working there. Management is holding it down. Everybody is hair straight back to help you out. If you shop at Rona then obviously you're not a real pro! only pros shop at home hardware... now that being said don't even bother going in there unless you're a pro...don't harass the guys at the pro desk they got bigger fish to fry...
