I get it. We all have our bad days. I went to the Freedom Moblie Kiosk. Hoping she would do something about me being unhappy with my phone. Nope. I explained that I was unhappy with my phone.. and Hoping she would give me some sort of knowledge about the Freedom Moblie policy, contracts.. etc. She straight up told me "no." And threw a sign of the 15 day policy in my face. I guess she was busy on the computer rather then to deal with a costumer. I had to go online and talk through an Agent. He explained it perfectly. ------- Some advice. If you don't want to deal with people. I suggest a new career.Also. I've never heard of a company refusing to trade in your phone if you're unhappy with it. 15 day policy? I paid $500, and now I'm stuck with a phone I am unhappy with. Not to mention. I have to pay even MORE money to switch??

What a horrible company. Agreed to a $20 plan for my daughter and tried to use it for a couple months. Had no luck getting the service to work there was never any service on the network anywhere Near where we live even though network coverage map showed otherwise. Put 3 or 4 calls into Tech Support. They were Unable to resolve the issue. We canceled the plan at that time which was 5 months ago. Their collections department now calls me everyday demanding that I pay up until current, so 5 months after I canceled. Otherwise they promise to ruin my credit. Absolutely disgusting. Shame on you Freedom!

Freedom network is the worst network I have ever had. If they give me a brand new phone for free with their plan, I am not going to take it. Freedom is horrible, so think twice before signing any contract. I am not going to sign with Freedom anymore in my life. I am exhausted ?

Went for a new sign up today. Munesu helped me and he was absolutely wonderful! I’ve been with freedom since they opened. Needed a new new extra line and of course chose to stay with Freedom. Way better price point. Very friendly service. Munesu is awesome!

Recpecptio is very poor, can't even hear the person most of the time. Will not recommend Freedom mobile to anyone. Stuck in the contract can't wait until it's over ?.

Went in to get a new sim card setup, and a possible plan change. The woman working , Courtney, promptly got the sim ready, told me cost ahead of time, and that my current plan was worth keeping over current promo. Quick, personable, and friendly experience with great overall customer service given. Also showed me the new Pixel 6, without trying to upsell it but just cause she was generally passionate about the products being sold. 5/5 Very happy, will come back for whatever my cell phone service needs may be.

Really bad vendor. Would not accept my return because of a tiny spot of paint missing on corner of the phone. 3 days after I purchased. Terms state 15 days to return. You are safer getting the phone direct from freedom online. This place is a joke! Now if I want to cancel I have to pay for a phone which I do not want

Bought a new iPhone 12 and went to go sell my iPhone 8 I had on my old freedom plan, they won’t unlock it till I show them a receipt from 2 years ago, Absolutely ridiculous I have the IMEI number and everything else but since I don’t have the receipt they won’t do it, I’m beyond annoyed as it has been 3 days and the help call line has done nothing but assure me they are sorry.

I got sad reading the reviews people wrote. I switched to Freedom a little less than a year ago, and had a great experience! Manas Sanan was super kind, informative and chill! Switching over to Freedom was easy. I haven't had any issues so I haven't been back to this location since switching, but my one experience coming here was wonderful!

Absolutely atrocious quality of network and service. Don't get fooled into switching for Freedom. There is no freedom in a restricted network, that is non existent in most parts of aberdeen and poor in most of kamloops. And don't bother getting much for network service when on the road. It seems much of their customer service is outsourced out of country and not easy to communicate with. Most of the agents are simply not well trained to handle customer service matters so you end up wasting all your time on the phone to with little to no resolution. Very very very disappointed.

I returned my phone back under buyers remorse because they couldn’t port my existing number to freedom. I barely made 2 phone calls from new number and they charged me 42.43$. That is totally insane.I do not recommend FREEDOM Network. Thieves ?
