“The buying experience in store was great. Service was too notch, no complaints. The set up in my home was also really good and efficient. My only issue with the entire experience was the delivery was over two hours past the three hour window I was given. I fully understand that unforseen circumstances can arise however when this happens, communication is important and that didn't happen. I could not get any answers on the chat system online or on the phone to the store. I should have received a call when it was apparent that my delivery and set up was going to be late but I had to initiate the communication when it was already close to an hour past the delivery window and at that time was given no clear answers as to when the delivery and set up would be made. Product looks great though.”

(I work with another carrier in town) and called the rogers store in aberdeen who were in turn very rude over the phone (I don't deal with rogers here and I was just trying to help a confused old man) you were amazing, super patient and willing to help me help this customer over the phone. I have asked someone who works in here, she is very nice and guide me to get it. Milk is set near Tim side where individual for a fridge.Great and nice attitude to customers who come to visit, which surprised me.”

“I went to 3! Different Telus stores in town and sat on the phone for half an hour before going in here as a last ditch effort to resolve my issue. It was the only telus experience I got, including the phone call, where the staff actually greeted me upon entering, they were friendly, polite, and mostly importantly the only ones that could seem to help me with my issue. Didn't get the gentleman's name that helped me but both him and the young girl working with him were a pleasure to deal with after my experience as a whole. If you have questions or concerns regarding your account I would highly recommend dealing with them above the others in town. Thanks again for helping me out!”
