Have gotten several pieces of furniture through the Kamloops location. I continuously end up making payments for months (3-4) before my furniture gets delivered because I live out of town. Recently got a bed through their Open House in October and still have not received my bed as they "have no drivers" yet are still promoting Sales and Deliveries.

Just got a delivery and wanted to give a little something for a coffee. They drivers didn't take it. I was just trying to pay it forward. Hope the two delivery drives have a safe and merry Christmas.

Very uncomfortable, girl named Megan called because the payment doesn’t go through with my back because I closed it yesterday due to a fraud claim. When I answered the phone she let me know what happened and I said I need to update my banking information, she laughed. I then let her know I’m on the way to Kamloops ( from out of town) to change all my pre authorizations and I’m in a bad service area and may lose her. She then proceeded to laugh again as if I wasn’t telling the truth, I gave her the new information which went through but I lost her before I could get confirmation. I never received a call back , it was very unprofessional and I would no longer recommend easy home to anyone. Getting laughed at over the phone wasn’t appropriate and pretty disrespectful.

Various furniture, appliances, electronics etc on a high rate payment plan. Connected to Northills Mall, outside entrance middle of mall on the Vernon Avenue side. Not "Easy" at all for renting 1 item for a short amount of time. Rentals require copy of banking info, transaction records & 3 references all sorts of financial questions, household info, residents in household questions.

Tried to pay online and it wouldn't accept it. Called and made the payment over the phone. Once that payment went thru it pulled the other 2 online payments that couldn't process. I at no point gave them permission to store my card info. So instead of 1 payment they took 3 and getting the other 2 back is a run around and will take multiple days. Terrible customer service and sketchy payment methods

Came in with a work credit card needing to buy items. Was not seen at all by the guy sitting at his desk, or the back two staff. 0 customers in the store.. 3 staff and wasn’t greeted or asked what I want to buy

This place is a joke they over charge and can't do their job. They want me to resign a contract because they couldn't do their friggin job they "forgot" to hold off a payment i called 2.5 weeks in advance as well as checked again to reasure i wouldn't get myself into this situation. I was to have 3 times during the loan to do this. Not happy and not resigning
