Pretty rude staff imo. Several of them. The place needs a staff refresh. The last several times have been totally offputting.The phone refill service is also a joke. It never works.

A rude phone call from a Pharmacist on a Friday night before a long weekend, saying she could not refill a prescription with six refills, after the second time it was filled. Apparently the doctor didn't do some paperwork correctly, and after 2 months Costco still hadn't straightened it out with the doctor. She told us she left a message with the doctor...on a Friday evening...before a long weekend. I guess my wife can't take her medication until next week.. we hope. The app said it was refillable, and in progress. I guess that means nothing.

Cheapest place in town to fill a prescription. It can be a long wait sometimes. They keep the pepto-bismol behind the counter so you have to ask for it. This makes me angry, very angry!
