Ritika was amazing. She helped pick out a leather power recliner couch in the right color and in right price range. She let us shop around and gave us a better price than the sale price. We had it delivered on time.There was a manufacturer defect that we found a week later, I went back into the store and she remembered us. Without hesitation the manager lucky gill arranged to have the piece replaced on the next working day.All I can say is amazing experience

My wife and I have purchased a number of products from this location in the past and the service, pricing and product quality have always been good. However we recently purchased a recreational home on Vancouver Island and decided to buy a new bedroom suite for it. After surfing the web for some time we felt that once again City Furniture in Kamloops had a suite that we were interested in and made day trip to see it.Once we were in the store we were greeted by a female sales representative named Ritika Rana who was very polite and knowledgeable as well as not being " pushy" like so many sales people are these days. We ended up ordering a solid pine suite from Mako Industries who make the model we ordered exclusively for City Furniture stores. Ritika worked with the management and came up with excellent pricing on the suite and also arranged for me to pick it up directly from the factory which is in Surrey, which worked well as I live in the Cariboo and would be traveling through Vancouver and over to Vancouver Island with the suite.There were a lot of timing issues because of ferry schedules and the distance I was coming from to get the furniture but Ritika had it all setup for me in advance. I made a couple of calls to the factory about pickup times and how the furniture was going to be packed for travel and a gentleman at Mako named Asooke was excellent to work with. When I went to the factory the loading bay staff were instantly aware of who I was and what I was picking up. To my amazement I was loaded and on the road in just over 35 min.Once I got to my Vancouver Island home and started unpacking the furniture I was AMAZED at how it was protected by multiply layers of plastic, Styrofoam and cardboard. There was not one mark or scratch on any of the furniture and the quality is INCREDIBLE!!. I am writing this review because I had a excellent overall experience dealing with this company and the manufacturer of a select line of furniture. If I had a bad experience I would also be writing review on that experience. I feel it is important to write reviews so that other people can have a enjoyable shopping experience and NOT a bad one. By the way .....a few days before I picked up my bedroom suite and had to also buy a new stove and micro wave oven for the home ....yes I went straight back to City Furniture and once again had a awesome shopping experience.Merv Tompkins

A refreshing change in sales approach after the hounding and store wide pursuit experienced at some other furniture retailers. Our first choice onwards for furniture shopping while also offering better choice.

Salesperson Randy was very helpful and informative. After that it unfortunately went downhill. Had to make several attempts to get the right style of range hood as they sold us the wrong one twice. Delivery persons did not reattach our door properly and also cracked our concrete steps while removing old fridge. Emailed City Furniture and they said they would forward to their managers. No communication after that.

Kamloops City Furniture. I picked out . Paid for Appliances and Furniture. They loaded different furniture.. and denied it. Refuse to make right. Recliner supposed to be Black leather and power lift. Sectional supposed to be Dark Blue. This one is gray. Other sectional supposed to be leatherette U shape. They gave me L shaped and fabric... Not happy. . The Kitchen Stove and Fridge are great... Furniture. Unsatisfied.

We live 3 hours from Kamloops. Our refrigerator broke down so we had to buy one to take home..we went to home depot, Costco, etc, but had to order. Guy from home depot recommended this place. Went there and found what we wanted. Highly recommend this place

Beyond disappointed. Was in Kamloops thought we'd check out city furniture as we were looking for kitchen table and chairs and knew they'd have more options than our home location(Merritt). Found one we fell in love with, went home to Merritt they ordered it the table, bench, chairs, nook and hutch. Took a month for merritt store to get them, go into the store to pay for it all and book delivery, just got a call saying Kamloops didn't send the hutch even though it was on order form, they don't have any in stock, floor models is gone and no idea if and when they may get one. So we made a trip to kamloops to ask more questions and maybe pick something else. they were NO help at all sure didn't seem to care . So we went to Ashley Furniture and got more help, didnt find one I loved but it will do.

This would have been my third time doing business with these guys, always on time & very responsive. Bought all my appliances through them & then went back a couple months later for washer/ dryer. Great selection/ prices always. Will do further business with them.Thanks !

I just moved to Kamloops last week. I needed a recliner and walked into City Furniture this morning. The kindest young man Randy helped me find my perfect chair and he was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Wow, City F&A saved Christmas for us….we came home from a week away and fridge had died….searched on line, and looked like it would be 3-4 weeks with no fridge over ChristmasI texted the can we help line, immediate replay and they had the size, features of fridge we needed and it was in stock & on saleBought fridge that morning and Parneet arranged delivery that pm… a Christmas miracle to us… Delivery was good & take away fridge and we live an hour away. just awesome, Thanks & Merry Christmas CFA
