“Update 25/11/14: Much better experience. I came in specifically to buy PC extra chunky mild salsa sauce (I bought lots of other items too today). I normally buy salsa through Costco, however I’d been to a friends house, tried the PC brand and just loved it. At the salsa sauce aisle, ironically it was on sale but only one jar (spicy) on the shelf. There were several flats of all types waaaaay above, but unreachable. We were about to leave, when I saw a young guy a few feet away packing the shelves. When I told Matt my predicament, he good naturedly stopped what he was doing and went to get a ladder. He reached down a flat, gave us four jars. Wow great customer service. Great attitude, no dragging his heels to help. Well done Matt ??????. The “lady” from August could seriously learn a few things from this guy. I hope you get a pat on the back big time Matt for helping us the way you did ?
250802: For an area that wants tourism dollars, I was a first time shopper at your Invermere store, & dealt with an extremely crabby older lady who was officiously at express. 5:16/Saturday August 2nd. I as a 68 yr old lady was dressed down for bringing a cart into express. Sorry I didn’t see the sign OUTSIDE THE STORE SHE TOLD ME, as if I was stupid i didn't see that as I walked in. She stood behind me watching everything I did as if I was going to shoplift something, making me more nervous and anxious as I tried to put my groceries through. BTW I’m disabled, I struggled trying to fit my groceries on the little shelf once beeped through before paying. Not a welcoming or friendly experience at this National Food store. Wish I could’ve given less than the 1*”
“I visit here whenever I'm looking for a sweet treat, gourmet dressings, hot sauces, artisan jams and honey, or that much needed kitchen utensil. You never know what tastes you were missing.”
