This Canadian Tire store in Invermere is generally praised for its excellent staff and customer service. The store is described as being decorated for the Halloween season and most welcoming, with staff like Mary Francis being helpful, friendly, and possessing superb customer service skills. The hardware department staff are reported to be very familiar with their department and able to help customers find the right items. However, the automotive staff are described as not being as helpful or knowledgeable. While most of the staff are praised, there is one exception - an older lady at the customer service counter who is reported to lack customer service skills and be "outright nasty" to customers, even refusing to accept returns at times. Despite this, the store is said to provide amazing service and knowledgeable staff who have helped the family out of more than one emergency. Staff is always friendly and helpful, store is well organized, and very neat and clean. We go in frequently to see what fishing items are on sale.
