The hot spring pools are excellent!
The town is adorable, surrounded by gorgeous nature, and filled with cute restaurants.
The hotel, as you will read in all the reviews below, is exceptionally crappy.
Our room stunk of cigarettes.
The toiletries were unusable (the "body wash" smelled like dish soap).
They don't service the rooms during your stay-- I have never heard of such a thing, except for at the very peak of Covid.
It was weird that we had to go and ask for bathrobes and enough towels when it's a resort built around... pools.
The restaurants on the property are overpriced.

We had fantastic stay. Staff is great and especially Allen at the front desk made our stay very pleasant , housekeepers are great and we witnessed big turnover day check-in after long weekend and it was fantastic. Thank you.

The location is great and its dreamy.
Its a good opportunity for getting away your daily stresses.
Spa was great filled with good smells and the masseur was great.
Some improvements are needed to help this place be even better.
Pets should be in some specific areas since i found it disturbing while my stay.

Harrison Hot Springs is a beautiful, clean, and relaxing resort, but a couple of issues need improvement. I was disturbed by a leashed dog that lunged at me, so stricter pet policies or dog-free zones would enhance guest safety. Also, it’s disappointing that breakfast isn’t included—adding this would be a great value for a resort of this quality. Addressing these points would make it an even better experience.

Noteworthy details: Check-in is at 4 o'clock, but I checked in at 5:30.

overall meh. Rooms are dated decor is dated. The quiet part of the pools is generally loud with kids. The pools are hot though.

I used to really enjoy visiting this resort from time to time, and was looking into staying this winter again, but that plan is permanently cancelled. I am so annoyed at what they did to the natural pools outside their resort. Clearly you don't understand the slogan “Beautiful British Columbia”, shame on you.

Was a place we had gone to for over a Decade for our Anniversary. I will not return back here after the distruction of Hobo Hot Springs. To not consult the people and do something so drastic to the eco systems living there is atrocious.

Quite dirty and not maintained.
Stayed in Main Tower and walls/room connecting doors were quite thin. Could hear the tiniest whisper of conversations. Happy to announce the people next door are glad they haven't fought in 3 years and the wife is looking for new heels that cover her ankles.

This photo was taken from the bed I slept in for 3 days during this summer vacation.
I found this while preparing the bed to check out, and took a picture.
I spoke to the front desk while checking out, but they told me to send an email to a manager who manages it separately, so I contacted them.
I couldn't hear any words or answers.
Rather than blaming someone,
I ask you to pay more attention to these things.

The original part of the hotel is pretty dated. The hot springs pools were wonderful.
