We were caught in the fire evacuation without our meds. We were gouged for 100s of dollars for a few days worth prescriptions that should cost a few dollars. Very sad. I would avoid this place if at all possible.

Got lied to about getting a store discount when I asked about it, went back in to ask if I can get it back and the elderly lady started getting frustrated and loud vocally at the young boy in training. I hope his day got better

Oct 8, around 3:20pm: I'm just wondering why the staff (she's on her late 60's), she walked on my direction, we looked at each other & as she turned around, she said "DON'T WORRY, I AM NOT WATCHING YOU..." I felt uncomfortable, a said it a little loud good thing that only few shoppers inside. I didn't say a word, I just pay and left (she's suspecting me).

Very upset with how the front til lady was with me when i asked a simple question. ( i believe she has an accent)I asked if they had something i needed in the makeup section ,but could not find it on my own and her answer was “i dont know , if we have it it’s over there somewhere, sorry no clue . “ and points to the area instead of helping me look and wouldn’t even look me in the face …She was not busy , she was just standing at the till.Very disappointed as i spend quite a lot of money here. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else in the future.

They don't care at all about customer service, they have products that offer satisfaction guarantee or money back, they will not give the money back, I suggest to avoid this place if you can, on top employees are not nice or helpful.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Awful pharmacy. Started gaslighting me, saying I was making things up (word for word said this). There is one pharmacist specifically who should not be a pharmacist or even working in customer service settings. Wish I could submit a complaint specifically about Sean. He should be fired. The entire staff should change, except for Ethan, who apologized to me for the way I was treated here. Awful pharmacy, awful person (Sean). Heather was also not a nice person, but not as bad as Sean. Wish I knew how to submit a complaint. Watch them delete this review:) Hate this place.

Never picked up my insulin without ice packs before. Especially when having to travel with them . They did offer to sell my girlfriend icepacks that were warm. Not a Diabetic friendly Pharmacy.I guess there is a last time for this place.I hope my insulin was at least kept in the fridge until it was picked up. I guess will see if I start having problems a month from now. Disappointing ? (2 stars because I actually got the insulin)
