    I had bad experience with the older Teller or Customer service at the front office. Find her very rude and unhelpful.

    Bad experience lucky they are the only in Gibson. I will definitely change it. The few times I went there I was so unlucky the the same woman “helped”

    Garbage customer service - sick and tired to talk to a robot for an hour to get dumped as the call dropped in getting transferred- less employees to feed is more money for the bank and extra money for the people bonuses at the top of the pole
