I couldn’t find an open appointment anywhere locally so they arranged a phone in appointment for me. Service above and beyond! Thank you”

“My elderly parents moved to Gibsons from Vancouver and I had to fill some prescriptions for my diabetic father; Mustafa went above and beyond when I asked for his prescriptions transferred from Shoppers. It turned out Shoppers had been overcharging him for an expensive out-of-date brand of insulin that was causing him body pain, as well as a needlessly expensive brand of Aspirin. He stayed late after closing to work with us, and cut my dad's monthly prescription bill in half (and my parents are on a fixed income, so it made a big difference). If that wasn't great enough, it turns out this new insulin that London Drugs is dispensing to him has solved his body pain issues and he's walking to the grocery store every day now.

So, forget Shoppers, Mustafa is our new best friend.”
