The pharmacists and staff at Howe Sound have treated us marvellously over the years. Today took the prize though as I was facing a bit of a crisis prior to a trip. I couldn’t find an open appointment anywhere locally so they arranged a phone in appointment for me. Service above and beyond! Thank you

I have been left without a doctor just when I needed renewal of my prescriptions. I am very grateful to Howe sound for putting me in touch with a doctor online who could deliver that for me. I am 82 years old with a number of problems

Ive been to alot of pharmacies due to a life long condidtion. Today was my first time visiting howe sound pharmacy and i was very impressed. The pharmacist name was Chris i belive and he took the time to fully explain my medication and give me a few tips on how to deal with some of the side effects that may arise. I have never felt so good after leaving a pharmacy, thank you Chris for your time, knowledge and just how you spoke to me. I will only use this pharmacy on the sunshine coast going forward.

I have always the best service from this pharmacy! Stopped by after closing hours to pick up a prescription for my daughter (on the eve of a long weekend) and the owner gladly let me in and graciously helped, regardless of hours. Great customer service.

I usually have a great experience with the level of care, knowledge, and helpfulness. But occasionally they’ll forget to give me part of my order, this isn’t usually a problem except on Fridays…if I don’t notice something is missing before they close I can’t get it until they open on Monday morning. Unfortunately it’s usually my pain meds and without them I have a terrible weekend. Thanks for your great service otherwise HSP crew.

I am always super impressed with their level of care and attention to detail, and how kind and genuine every interaction is.. On the phone or in person! They call any time I have a new refill and have already looked up any information if it's new for me or if the dose has changed and check in with me about it.I feel very cared for and am so grateful for this level of support as I navagate health issues, which is already stressful enough.They always make time to answer any questions and are very knowledgeable and incredibly patient & understanding.Thanks Howe Sound Team, you are deeply appreciated!
