I had been looking for over a year for a comfy pair of running shoes and was coming back from the city finding myself in the parking lot close by to this store. It was close to 6 pm and I walked in hoping to find something for my weekend alpine run. The lady whose name i did not get was very helpful and i explained my feet profile to get some of her recommendations. The first recommendation fit perfectly and she insisted i try another one to make sure, which i did however the first suggestion was perfect for me! Since then i have run a few times with them and worked out in the gym, and love them! Thank you for listening to your customers needs actively and not responding just to respond. Appreciate it very much! After I came out of the shop, my partner mentioned i could have bought the shoe at half the price from a retailer in QC with free delivery, however, I was sold bcz of the service and staff knowledge, keeping knowledgeable staff for local business outweighs saving of $, esp in our current economy.

Purchased shoes approx. two months ago and, have realized that the shoes are two small. They were sale items. However, I am located in Ontarion so not as simple as trying on shies to confirm fit. Anyhow, I figured this company would be reasonable and take them back or issue a store credit, as these shoes are useless to me; but no they are hiding behind there final sale policy. Next time don't recommend a size 9 shoe to me, if your not going to take it back if it doesn't fit.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they encourage you to test the apparel out in the car park whether it be shoes/running vests etc. Very knowledgeable, great experience.

At Capra they always give the best recommendations to the person’s needs. They offer a good selection of trail shoe that fits all adventure (alpine, long runs etc..). I’m happy they now offer road shoes too.
