On Sunday, March 26th, five lady friends & I visited the Soapworks on Galiano....as much as their products look great, the service/ courtesy/helpfullness of the clerk was terrible. In fact, I didn't even want to ask her any more questions, as she was so unhelpful, to the point of being rude. I had been so looking forward to visiting this store, purchasing some items for my daughter, but in future, I will buy from Choices !!! and will not return....nor will my 5 other friends...They lost out on a lot of sales because of this clerk !!!
