I am very happy with the experience I have had with Jack Carter in Fernie since purchasing my new truck with them. Brett the sales manager and Sheena the service manager go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are happy and it is greatly appreciated.

Got stranded in Fernie as my truck broke down and I got it towed to Northstar gm. Their service center was closed so I couldn’t get it in to get checked out so they loaned me a vehicle to get to Cranbrook to catch my flight and saved the day. Brett was wonderful and willing to help in anyway he could. Highly recommend
